This is the day that the LORD has made! Let us REJOICE and be GLAin it! I start every day with this verse! I love it! Each day is a GIFT to be cherished. It’s NOT just another day. Do three things today.

There Is No Such Thing As Just This Once - Sarah Bolen

There is no such thing as JUST THIS ONCE when you are trying to accomplish something in life.

I read an article by Clayton M. Christensen in the Harvard Business Review and OH BOY did it hit home with me and my goals. 

He talked about how damaging the JUST THIS ONCE theory is in our lives. We have ALL done this before, we set a goal, we are totally ALL IN and BELIEVE we are going to achieve that goal no matter what. Guess what? Something always comes up. It is easier to STICK TO THE PLAN 100% of the time than to only do it 98% of the time. When you falter, you will TOTALLY regret it. 

Here is MY example. As many of you know, I made a goal to give up drinking any kind of alcohol for the whole year. I started out January 1st VERY strong. One day at a time I crossed off my calendar! It was EASY, I was NOT tempted, and there was NO way I was going to mess it up! I felt VERY proud as the days went on and on. Then I went...
